Judith was looking for a home in an area of town known as South Capitol in Santa Fe. We looked at numerous homes when we thought we found the right one. We made an offer on it and lost out by another offer. Sad as it was, I told her we needed to move on. I knew what she was looking for and I knew talking to other Realtors would pay off. When another Keller Williams agent told me me he had a new listing in the South Capitol, Judith was ready to make an offer. In 4 hours, we were under contract
